This module includes instruction to ensure all participants are at the same level before delving into the data mobilization topics.
You will receive an introduction to the language, terminology and definitions for some of the basic concepts, functions and processes that you are going to be putting into use during the rest of the course.
You will also receive an introduction to data quality and learn the importance of documentation.
Lastly, you will be asked to install the OpenRefine software as part of this module.
